These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Olivia Lei ("I", "me", "my") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the client") and Olivia Lei as a sole trader operating in Australia.

By booking a session or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Olivia Lei — including but not limited to psychic readings (Solar Session, Lunar Session) and soul alignment coaching (Back to Source) — are provided for entertainment, personal development, and spiritual exploration purposes only.

Sessions do not constitute and are not a substitute for:

  • Medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice or treatment

  • Legal or financial advice

  • Therapy or counselling

I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor. If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, legal, or financial crisis, please seek qualified professional support.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Psychic and intuitive readings are subjective in nature. While I endeavour to provide guidance with integrity and care, I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any session. Results will vary between clients and no specific result is promised or implied.

3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are participating of your own free will

  • You retain full responsibility for your own decisions and actions

  • Any guidance received in a session is for your consideration only — you are not obligated to act on it

  • You are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent)

4. Bookings & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the booking system

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe

  • Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee

  • No-shows will forfeit the session fee in full

  • I reserve the right to reschedule a session in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund

6. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final once a session has been delivered

  • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please reach out within 48 hours and I will do my best to address your concerns

  • Refunds at my discretion may be offered in exceptional circumstances only

7. Recordings & Session Materials

  • Sessions may be recorded for your personal reference. By booking, you consent to being recorded

  • Recordings and any written notes provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without my written consent

  • I retain the right to use anonymised, de-identified session content for educational or promotional purposes

8. Confidentiality

I treat all client information with discretion and respect. Your personal details and session content will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and session resources created and shared by Olivia Lei remain my intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Olivia Lei shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or reliance on any guidance provided in a session. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
