Hi, I’m

The text 'Olivia' written in elegant, cursive white font on a black background.

If I could only instill three truths in you, it would be these:

01. Perfectionism is not a personality trait.

Being the ‘responsible one’ isn’t either. Most of what we think of as our personality are actually well-rehearsed adaptations — survival strategies we built so long ago, they’ve become synonymous with our identity.

02. Overthinking doesn’t make you more prepared. It only gives you the illusion of control.

We tell ourselves that if we analyse every angle, weigh every option, and stress-test every outcome, we'll land on the 'right' answer. But logic can only work with what we can see — and our intuition has access to a much fuller picture. The aligned decision rarely makes perfect sense on paper.

03. Joy is not something you earn at the finish line.

It’s data. It’s your soul's real-time feedback on whether you're on the right track. When we defer joy until the goals are met, the life is built, the version of ourselves is achieved, we risk arriving somewhere that was never actually ours.

MY STORY

For most of my life, I was really good at being the responsible one…

I had my 10-year plan set out from the start – straight As, a million extracurriculars and leadership positions, law school, then off to become the next Amal Clooney. The breakdown of that plan didn’t quite happen in one overnight epiphany. It crumbled over the years, in quiet nudges and spontaneous decisions that, collectively, would change my life forever.

By the time I was about to graduate, law school no longer felt right. So I pivoted, moving to NYC and throwing myself into non-profit work. That was meaningful until my body started screaming the signals I tried so hard to ignore, with debilitating back spasms that made it impossible to stay. I quit without a plan and moved back to Australia — the birthplace that I had left at the ripe age of two — to start from scratch. From there, I followed the crumbs serendipity laid before me, stumbling into creative direction and branding, walking the runway at Australian Fashion Week, and eventually landing in what seemed like a dream job at a creative agency. Each time, I thought: this is it. This one will finally feel like enough. It never quite did.

The thing about functional freeze is that it doesn't look like falling apart. It looks like excelling. On paper, I had it together. Inside, I was exhausted in a way I didn't have language for yet. No matter where I went, the same patterns followed — jobs I excelled at and quietly resented, wearing my work ethic like armour, and attracting environments that rewarded me for it. I kept going, kept achieving, and kept saying yes to things that weren't mine to carry.

I spent years waiting for my real life to start. For the right role, the right moment, the right version of me who finally had it figured out. I slowly sank into a black hole of depression and anxiety until one day — when I hit a new level of numbness that threatened to take the ‘functional’ out of my functional freeze — I quit without a plan. If I was doing work I'd once dreamed of, with people I genuinely liked, and still felt this hollow, I knew I needed to take an honest look at what I'd been missing.

That was the beginning of everything.

What followed was a slow, sometimes uncomfortable, often painful reacquaintance with myself. Therapy first, to get my mental health back to a manageable baseline. Then a mindset coach, to start unpicking the conditioning and inherited narratives that had been running the show. I've always been good at thinking my way through things — but thinking, it turns out, could only take me so far. The real shifts didn't come until I got out of my head and into my body: somatic work, inner child healing, nervous system regulation. That's when things actually started to move.

Slowly, I started coming home to myself. Writing down intuitive pings in my Notes app, following what actually felt good instead of what made the most logical sense. A dance studio I hadn't stepped into since I was a kid. Walks through my neighbourhood. Acupuncture. A friendly cat on the corner of my street who became the highlight of my afternoons.

And somewhere in all of that quiet, I started to notice something.

My intuition wasn't just useful for daily decisions — it was accurate in ways I couldn't explain. I predicted a cancelled workout class before it happened, down to the exact scene. I started picking up on things I had no logical access to. And when I finally found my way to a mentorship program that could hold what I was experiencing, I discovered that what I'd always written off as "being perceptive" was actually a set of real, trainable psychic and mediumship gifts.

It turned out the thing I'd been searching for my whole life — the purpose I couldn't locate, the work that would actually light me up — had been quietly developing inside me the whole time.

Now I work with people who remind me a lot of who I used to be. High-achievers who look like they're holding it together, privately wondering if this is really all there is. People who are ready to stop running someone else's code and come back to themselves.

That's the work. I'd love to do it with you.

On A Personal Note…

01. My Chart

I’m a Libra Sun, Gemini Moon, and Leo Rising – equal parts harmony-seeker, eternal bookworm, and stage-lover.

I was born in Australia, grew up across five countries, and now claim Portugal (where my parents live) as a second home! I also speak four languages — can you guess which ones?

02. My Upbringing

A mountain river flowing through a green valley with a small village at the base and a church steeple. Tall mountains with rocky slopes and patches of snow are in the background, with clouds and sunlight illuminating the peaks.

03. My Hobbies

I’m not myself unless I’m moving! Growing up, I spent my winters snowboarding and the rest of the year playing competitive basketball. Today, you can usually find me at a pilates or yoga class, going on long walks around the neighborhood, or at a dance studio.

04. My Creative Outlet

I feel most alive when I’m singing, writing, and performing. From a cappella through high school and college to songwriting as an adult, music has been one of the great loves of my life.

Say hello to Juniper, aka Junie! My partner and I adopted her from a local rescue, and she is the sweetest snuggle bug when she’s not: a) stomping all over my laptop, b) stealing my coffee, or c) scavenging for food scraps in the sink.

Why I Do This Work

I spent years consuming every book, podcast, and self-development framework I could find — and still feeling stuck. What finally shifted things wasn't more information. It was coming back to my own inner knowing.

That's what I'm here to help you do. Not to give you all the answers, but to help you trust that you already have access to yours.

Love Note
From a Past Client

My session with Olivia left me feeling so good, inspired, and honestly emotional in the best way. The messages coming through felt so loving and resonated deeply with things I had already been intuitively picking up myself.

There was something really on my heart around wanting to move away while also feeling torn because I want to stay close to family. I have such a strong desire to move and go explore my dreams in a place that’s been calling me for a long time, and Olivia helped me navigate that so beautifully. She also had this relationship coach energy and gave such grounded, low-pressure advice around meeting new people that actually made me feel excited to take those next steps.

One of my favorite moments was when I kept asking, “What do my guides think?” when deep down I already knew my answer. In such an honest, gentle, kind way, she reflected that back to me and helped me realize I already knew what I wanted. Instead of wasting time, she helped me get clearer and ask better questions so I could get the most out of our session, and I absolutely did.

Olivia is so warm, friendly, patient, inviting, grounded, and incredibly talented. I wrote down everything from our session and have been coming back to it, thinking about it, and taking action on the guidance for the last two weeks. I would book another session with her in a heartbeat.
