I help sensitive high-achieving women who have done the self-development work but still feel stuck understand their core patterns, rewrite their limiting beliefs, and unlock their most joyful and aligned life.

This isn't therapy or a generic spiritual pep talk. It's a combination of psychic insight, intuitive coaching, and energetic work that goes somewhere most support can't reach — underneath the conditioning, over the ceiling you keep hitting, and into the version of you that existed before you learned to be so responsible, capable, and ‘good’.

I wholeheartedly believe that joy is not an elusive feeling to be earned — it’s the state that naturally arises when we finally start living in alignment with our soul. I’m here to help you cut out the noise and tune back into the inner voice that has always known which way to go.
